| Abstract: | This paper presents an experimental implementation of creativity and self-esteem workshops within the teaching degree at Salesian Polytechnic University, Campus Quito, with the goal of strengthening a comprehensive training and professional motivations of the students. This group device - which is not mandatory for students - attempts to provide a space for reflection and self-evaluation, creativity and communication, achieving levels of self-respect and the other, in the context of understanding and solidarity |
| Translated abstract: | Este artículo presenta una experiencia de implementación de talleres de creatividad y autoestima en la Carrera de Pedagogía de la Universidad Politécnica Salesiana, sede Quito, con el objetivo de fortalecer de manera integral la formación y las motivaciones profesionales de los y las estudiantes. Este dispositivo grupal –no obligatorio para los estudiantes– intenta brindar un espacio de reflexión personal y autoevaluación, de creatividad y comunicación, logrando niveles de respeto a sí mismo y al otro en el marco de la comprensión y la solidaridad. |
