Abstract

The purpose of this research work is to analyze the inclusion of children of foreign nationality in Pre-SchoolII. During the pre-professional practices carried out in the educational unit located north of Quito, in the parish of La Concepción, province of Pichincha, it was possible to demonstrate the exclusion of children of foreign nationality among the group of students. The variety of cultural diversity that existed in the educational unit was also observed by the children, due to the differences in customs between them. The objective of the research is to analyze the inclusion of children of foreign nationality in the Pre-school II classroom. A qualitative methodology was followed since the analysis focused on understanding the importance of the inclusion of children of foreign nationality in the educational environment. As a technique, several interviews were applied, which began with a talk with teachers to address the topic to be discussed. As a result, it was obtained that the teachers did not carry out activities that integrate children, just as the institution did not have training for teachers.
