| Abstract: | The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the contribution of the taptana, an instrument of origin of the Cañari people, a counting tool to develop mathematical thinking in children of the I.P.S. process (Insertion to Semiotic Processes), belonging to the Intercultural Bilingual Education System at the high school level. |
| Translated abstract: | La finalidad de esta investigación es conocer y analizar la contribución de la taptana, instrumento de origen del pueblo Cañari, herramienta de conteo para desarrollar el pensamiento matemático y en niños del proceso I.P.S. (Inserción a los Procesos Semióticos), pertenecientes al Sistema de Educación Intercultural Bilingüe nivel de preparatoria. |
