| Abstract: | The present work of investigation consists of analyzing the processes of teaching - learning, facilitating the work of teachers and students, considering that the factors of self-esteem that intervene in the good academic performance of the students are the security in themselves, the facility to socialize, to inspire confidence and the respect towards the others. |
| Translated abstract: | El presente trabajo de investigación consiste en analizar los procesos de enseñanza - aprendizaje, facilitando el trabajo de docentes y estudiantes, considerando que los factores de autoestima que intervienen en el buen desempeño académico de los estudiantes son la seguridad en sí mismos, la facilidad para socializar, inspirar confianza y el respeto hacia los demás. |
