| Abstract: | This paper will discuss the issue of local cuisine in the parish of San Joaquin, we will discuss how their typical dishes are prepared and we will also place special attention to their nutritional value, We will also cover some technical issues such as the development of documentary photography and photography, and their importance and relevance in the making in the final product. |
| Translated abstract: | En este trabajo trataremos el tema de la gastronomía autóctona de la parroquia San Joaquín, como se elaboran los platos que la identifican y su aporte nutricional, además trataremos temas técnicos como lo son la elaboración de un foto-documental y la fotografía ya que son muy necesarios para la obtención del producto final. |
