| Abstract: | The study analyzes the administrative overload experienced by primary and secondary school teachers and proposes the use of generative artificial intelligence to automate tasks. The results show a significant reduction in planning time, as well as improvements in the efficiency, creativity, and organization of teachers' work, optimizing the educational process and strengthening pedagogical practice in current school contexts. |

Los resultados evidencian una reducción significativa del tiempo de planificación, así como mejoras en la eficiencia, creatividad y organización del trabajo docente, optimizando el proceso educativo y fortaleciendo la práctica pedagógica en contextos escolares actuales. |
