| Abstract: | The study aims to optimize the production of polyhydroxybutyrate (PHB) using whey and Bacillus subtilis, evaluating fermentation parameters such as pH, temperature, time and bacteria concentration, and highlighting the viability of whey as a sustainable substrate for the production of biodegradable biopolymers. |
