| Abstract: | Strains of Aspergillus flavus were isolated from maize grains, later the strains macroscopic and microscopic characteristics were illustrated, finally the biological activity of clove and cinnamon essential oils was evaluated through dual culture were clove oil presented the best percentage of inhibition against Aspergillus flavus. |
| Translated abstract: | Se aislaron cepas de Aspergillus flavus de granos de maíz, se ilustraron las características macroscópicas y microscópicas de las cepas, por último se evaluó la actividad biológica de los aceites esenciales de clavo y canela mediante cultivo dual siendo el aceite de clavo el que mejor porcentaje de inhibición presentó frente Aspergillus flavus. |
