Modelos pedagógicos en el subnivel dos de educación inicial, en la unidad educativa Computer World de la parroquia de Tumbaco, Distrito Metropolitano de Quito

Abstract

The purpose of this Titration Work is: to study, identify and compare the pedagogical models developed in the Computer World Educational Unit, in Initial two, in order to analyze its application in the teaching-learning process in children and girls from 3 to 5 years old. In this case analysis, the following topics are addressed: The advance of initial education through history, which is the basis of the problem's approach; main characteristics of the pedagogical models and authors, like this: Jean Piaget, David Ausubel, Lev Vygotsky, Maria Montessori, Jerome Bruner and Friedrich Fröbel; analysis of the 2014 Initial Education Curriculum; and finally, components of education. Also, the revision of the current Initial Education Curriculum that allowed a comprehensive vision of how the teaching-learning process is developing in the children of Initial two in Ecuador is included. From the non-participant observation, as a technique of the qualitative method, data was obtained from the teaching activities of Initial two, using as instruments the field diary and the semi-structured interview. Subsequently, the analysis of the information was carried out, based on the criteria: coherence between the pedagogical model proposed in the Institutional Educational Project (PEI) and the evidence gathered; relationship between the pedagogical models of initial education and the observed didactic practice. With these inputs the corresponding conclusions are presented
