Abstract

The present investigation lies in analyzing the use of a computer system that simulates the behavior of a specialist in computer reconstruction rectification and virtually. This intelligent system will symbolize the knowledge to use in order to meet the needs to the problems of a computer; it may also introduce new knowledge and add the fact that you can communicate with users in natural language constituting it, as an instrument to resolve issue diagnoses and agility, errors or problems which may arise with the user.
