Abstract

Considering the different management methodologies currently defined projects; especially those defined by the Institute of Project Management (PMI); this research focuses its interest in reviewing the various projects ETAPATELECOM and analyze the different methodologies that company there applied in the execution of their projects and thus observe the relationship or attachment of the methods used with those defined for the integrated management of projects, especially projects of technological order.
