dc.descriptionConsiderando las diferentes metodologías de administración de proyectos definidas en la actualidad; sobre todo aquellas definidas por el instituto de Gestión Integral de Proyectos (PMI); la presente investigación centra su interés en revisar los diferentes proyectos de ETAPATELECOM y analizar las diferentes metodologías que dicha empresa hay aplicado en la ejecución de sus proyectos y de esta manera observar la relación o apego de las metodologías utilizadas con aquellas definidas para la gestión integral de proyectos, especialmente para proyectos de orden tecnológico.en_US
dc.description.abstractConsidering the different management methodologies currently defined projects; especially those defined by the Institute of Project Management (PMI); this research focuses its interest in reviewing the various projects ETAPATELECOM and analyze the different methodologies that company there applied in the execution of their projects and thus observe the relationship or attachment of the methods used with those defined for the integrated management of projects, especially projects of technological order.en_US
