dc.descriptionConsiderando las diferentes metodologías de administración de proyectos definidas en la actualidad; sobre todo aquellas definidas por el instituto de Gestión Integral de Proyectos (PMI); la presente investigación centra su interés en revisar los diferentes proyectos de ETAPATELECOM y analizar las diferentes metodologías que dicha empresa hay aplicado en la ejecución de sus proyectos y de esta manera observar la relación o apego de las metodologías utilizadas con aquellas definidas para la gestión integral de proyectos, especialmente para proyectos de orden tecnológico.en_US
