| Abstract: | Within intercultural bilingual education, teachers must have a profile with bilingual intercultural characteristics. Therefore, I researched on the LEOI, the MOSEIB, the PEI, the UEIBQ and the Ibero-American Education magazine by Enrique Ipiña, Bolivian educator. Through it, I have noticed that in order to be a bilingual educator, it is required to have many characteristics in the pedagogic, curriculum, didactic, cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Thus, this paper intends to provide a solution to the investigated problem. |
| Translated abstract: | Dentro de la educación intercultural bilingüe el docente debe poseer un perfil con características interculturales bilingües, para lo cual se investigó en la LEOI, en el MOSEIB, en el PEI de UEIBQ y en la revista Iberoamérica de EDUCACION BILINGÜE de Enrique Ipiña, educador boliviano, se ha comprobado que para ser educador bilingüe se debe poseer muchas características en lo pedagógico, curricular, didáctico, cultural y lingüístico, este trabajo pretende dar una solución a la problemática investigada. |
