| Abstract: | In this paper the macro environment and micro enterprise Tecnifiltro studied, this study proposed the following: Attracting customers, improving advertising, agility in the distribution of products, acquiring a vehicle greater burden and improve service by making it more fast and efficient, to allow the loyalty of existing customers and attract prospects in the medium and long term. |
| Translated abstract: | En este trabajo se estudió el entorno macro y micro de la empresa Tecnifiltro, con este estudio se propuso lo siguiente: Captación de clientes, mejorando la publicidad, agilidad en la distribución de productos, adquiriendo un vehículo de mayor carga y mejorar el servicio haciéndolo más rápido y eficiente, para que permita fidelizar a los clientes actuales y atraer a clientes potenciales a mediano y largo plazo. |
