Abstract

This thesis proposes the design, development and implementation of an intelligent prototype to bring support to special education in the area of language and speech therapy for children with cerebral palsy. The prototype of the designed system offers support for the therapists when they perform the evaluations of the areas of the speech and language therapy. The evaluations are based in the following tests: hearing, linguistic formulation, structure and oral function, articulation and PLS-3.
