Abstract

The present project of Degree for the obtaining of the title of Engineering in Systems titled: Analysis and implementation of a system of Managing incident with widespread functionality notification of low e-mail GNU/Linux applied to the Servants and Links LAN and WAN of the Company Edesa S.A., it takes root in the implementation of a system of monitoring and ticketing to be able to take a better control of the problems of the net. For a Manager of net it is very important to be kept informed about the behavior of the links of the net so many Lan as Wan, beside to having the historical one of the works realized as memory to settle future problems of a rapid and effective way. Nagios will allow to the Manager to be kept informed about the condition of the links and servants by means of he sent of you alert by e-mail the members of the department of Technologies of the Information (TI) to settle probable courts in the servicio that the company offers. Cacti shows the graphs of the bandwidth, the condition of the discs and the behavior of the users in a servant to take the corrective actions depending the severity of the problem and to avoid courts in the primary services of the Company. Glpi facilitates the inventor control of the number of computers of the company, is an agent of tickets which was helping the manager to settle problems of a more rapid and efficient way, for his functionality it allows to send an alert when a contract is for finishing to be able to renegotiate or close it definitively it.
