| Resumen traducido: | The present systematization aims to identify the limitations that may arise in teachers when carrying out the pedagogical act, in this way improving the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of education. In this case, two important milestones are considered: 1. pre-professional practices and 2. the execution of the demonstration class. The pre-professional practices were carried out at the Cochasquí Educational Unit and the execution of the demonstration class at the UECIB "Dolores Cacuango", two experiences that followed their respective process in terms of structure and didactic sequence to meet the objectives of acquiring the necessary knowledge and skills established in the curriculum. |
| Resumen : | La presente sistematización tiene como objetivo identificar las limitaciones que se pueden presentar en los docentes a la hora de efectuar el acto pedagógico, de esa manera se mejora la eficiencia, eficacia, calidad en la educación, en este caso se considera dos hitos importantes: 1. las prácticas pre profesionales y 2. la ejecución de la clase demostrativa. Las prácticas pre profesionales se llevaron a cabo en la Unidad Educativa Cochasquí y, la ejecución de la clase demostrativa en la UECIB “Dolores Cacuango”, dos experiencias que siguieron su respectivo proceso en cuestión de estructura y secuencia didáctica. |
