Guía metodológica para fortalecer el desarrollo emocional mediante cuentos infantiles en segundo año de educación general básica

Abstract

Emotional education plays an essential role in integral development during childhood. This research aimed to design a methodological guide to strengthen emotional development through children's stories in the Second Year of Basic General Education. This methodological guide will present 6 activities for children to carry out, through the guidance of teachers, with the purpose of strengthening emotional development. Each activity includes a story that has been elaborated according to emotions such as: anger, disgust, fear, joy, sadness and surprise. Regarding the research methodology, a qualitative method was used, inductive, analytical and descriptive. The phenomena of emotional development were investigated and applied to children's stories through bibliographic review and observation. The qualitative approach is based on the collection and analysis of data from primary and secondary sources with theoretical-scientific criteria. The instruments include observation guides established by the researcher. An observation sheet was designed to diagnose the current situation of children in the second year of EGB. The evaluation will be carried out through checklists and positive feedback, adapting to various educational contexts.
