| Abstract: | The Jardín Azuayo Cooperative seeks to overcome challenges in software development through a Minimum Viable Product (MVP). This MVP will integrate DevOps, Scrum, and Lean Inception, automating tests and deployments on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). GitLab will be used for version control and task management, improving team efficiency and collaboration. The goal is to optimize the financial management of the partners. |
