| Abstract: | The research focused on in vitro rooting of the Salix humboltiana willow. Explants cultivated in media with nutrients and hormones showed no viability due to aggressive disinfection, which caused necrosis. It is recommended to adjust the protocols to improve cultivation and conserve the species. |

Los explantes cultivados en medios con nutrientes y hormonas mostraron una viabilidad nula debido a la desinfección agresiva que causó necrosis. Se recomienda ajustar los protocolos para mejorar el cultivo y conservar la especie. |
