Planificación de la construcción del puente sobre el Río Armadillo, Cantón El Carmen, mediante la metodología Lean Construction

Abstract

This degree project addresses the implementation of the Lean Construction methodology in the construction of the bridge over the Armadillo River, in the canton of El Carmen, province of Manabí. A priced schedule was developed and unit price analyzes were performed using MS Excel. Additionally, using MS Project, the Gantt chart was developed, the critical path was identified, a work breakdown structure (WBS) was made and a master planning was established. The main objective of the application of these methods was to reduce costs and increase productivity in the project.
