Sistematizar la clase demostrativa titulada “Líderes y lideresas que fortalecen las organizaciones indígenas”, desarrollada en el cuarto año de básica de la Unidad Educativa Comunitaria Intercultural Bilingüe “Ing. Hermel Tayupanda”, en el año lectivo 2023-2024.

Abstract

The purpose of this degree work is the systematization of the demonstrative class with the topic “Leaders who strengthen indigenous organizations”. The systematization is based on my own practice where I was able to record each of the experiences using different instruments to collect information; to then define the objectives of the systematization and define what experiences I want to systematize. In the methodology, it is briefly revealed what this work is about, it is revealed what steps I have been taking to collect the information, with the help of the different instruments I learned some data about the institution and the subjects. which have been very helpful for good planning and correct execution.
