| Abstract: | Road infrastructure is crucial for improving quality of life by facilitating access to basic services and job opportunities, reducing accidents, and promoting sustainable development. This project aims to design the pavement for the road between Nallig and Llintig in Gualaceo, Azuay. Preliminary visits and studies were conducted, including vehicle counts and topographic surveys. The geometric design follows MTOP standards, and the structural design follows AASHTO 93 standards. |
| Translated abstract: | La vialidad es crucial para mejorar la calidad de vida al facilitar el acceso a servicios básicos y oportunidades laborales, además de reducir accidentes y fomentar el desarrollo sostenible. Este proyecto tiene como objetivo diseñar el pavimento de la vía entre Nallig y Llintig en Gualaceo, Azuay. Se realizaron visitas y estudios preliminares, incluyendo el conteo de vehículos y levantamiento topográfico. El diseño geométrico sigue la normativa MTOP y el diseño estructural la normativa AASHTO 93. |
