| Abstract: | The objective of this research is to diagnose the learning process of reading, writing and mathematics in the tenth year of Basic General Education in the Caranqui Educational Unit, Ibarra canton, Imbabura province. Through the qualitative approach, action research with the researcher interacting with the participants.
