| Abstract: | The objective of this work is to systematize the social projects carried out in the Urdaneta Parish the administrative period 2019-2022. An analysis of the PDOT has been carried out, to reconstruct the experience, to considering information provided by the secretary of the Parish Council and the MIES, based on two social projects: Older Adults and People with Disabilities. |
