| Abstract: | The implementation of audio branding in companies opens doors to reach the centennial public. The main objective is to analyze the effectiveness of audio branding as a positioning strategy aimed at Centennials consumers in this city. It seeks to identify, evaluate and determine how audio branding impacts the positioning of these brands. The level of research used was descriptive, with an inductive-deductive methodology and implementation of techniques such as direct observation and focus group. The results showed that Claro and Tuenti have the highest positioning among centennials. Movistar has a recognizable sound universe and CNT is aimed at another target. |
| Translated abstract: | La implementación del audio branding en las empresas, abre puertas para llegar al público centennials. El objetivo principal es analizar la efectividad del Audio branding como estrategia de posicionamiento dirigida a los consumidores Centennials de esta ciudad. Se busca identificar, evaluar y determinar como el audio branding impacta en el posicionamiento de estas marcas. El nivel de investigación que se usó fue descriptivo, con una metodología inductiva – deductiva e implementación de técnicas como la observación directa y grupo focal. Los resultados evidenciaron que Claro y Tuenti cuentan con el mayor posicionamiento entre los centennials. Movistar cuenta con un universo sonoro reconocible y CNT está direccionada a otro target. |
