| Abstract: | This project proposes the design of a prestressed beam-slab bridge to solve the road issue caused by a section sliding on the Saraguro-Yacuambi route in Chiquiro. This is in accordance with the AASHTO 2020 standard and involves topography, geotechnical studies, and calculations to ensure the functionality of the superstructure and infrastructure. The bridge will increase the economics and social benefits of Saraguro and Yacuambi. |
| Translated abstract: | Este trabajo propone diseñar un puente losa-viga con vigas pretensadas para resolver el problema vial causado por el deslizamiento de un tramo de la vía Saraguro-Yacuambi en el sector Chiquiro. Esto bajo la norma AASHTO 2020 e involucra estudios de topografía, geotecnia y cálculos para garantizar el funcionamiento de la superestructura e infraestructura. El puente impulsará desarrollo económico y social en Saraguro y Yacuambi. |
