Abstract

The public entity consists of different functions in which a specific data network of the radioelectric spectrum department of ARCOTEL (Agency for Regulation and Control of Telecommunications), in which analyzing the traces of zone 6 where several characteristics are contemplated, giving a start to implement a project on a new network that contains specific properties that will help improve the current network, thus allowing the new network implemented to be useful by establishing a framework that can measure and demonstrate the changes that are made within it.
