Desarrollo de un sistema de autoservicio para el restaurante Entre Moros & Cristianos

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic affected not only public health, but also the global economy. One of the most affected sectors was the hospitality and tourism industry. The “Entre Moros & Cristianos” restaurant has a branch in the north of Guayaquil, and despite the difficulties presented by the pandemic and the mobility and schedule restrictions, it continues to operate, but with the risk of contagion since a large part of its facilities are closed area where there is no air circulation. Currently, all customer service processes are done in person and manually, such as taking orders and generating invoices and payment orders, thus increasing the chances of contagion of Covid-19 both to staff and customers of the restaurant.
