| Abstract: | Based on the current situation that is going through worldwide due to the pandemic due to the COVID-19 virus, based on the above, the company TECNOIDEAS S.A. will be evaluated in order to propose an occupational health and safety management system against COVID-19 with a focus on prevention measures, education and risk control, promoting a culture of occupational risk prevention against COVID-19 and the shortcomings of the company through training that guarantees safe and healthy working conditions. Under the field research and observational study carried out within the organization TECNOIDEAS S.A. during the period of six months, in view of the fact that the company had ignorance and shortcomings regarding an occupational health and safety management system, this project was carried out with the fundamental objective of obtaining a solid basis to exercise and promote a preventive culture in each of the fields that involves the organization, based on ISO 45005:2020 |
| Translated abstract: | A partir de la situación actual que se atraviesa a nivel mundial debido a la pandemia por el virus COVID -19, en base a lo mencionado se evaluara la empresa TECNOIDEAS S.A. con el fin de plantear un sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional frente al COVID-19 con un enfoque en medidas de prevención, educación y control de riesgos, promoviendo una cultura de prevención de riesgos laborales frente al COVID-19 y las falencias de la empresa mediante la capacitación que garanticen las condiciones de trabajo seguras y saludables. En el proceso de investigación se evidencia la falta de registros, políticas e inspecciones de calidad en el desarrollo laboral. Bajo la investigación de campo y estudio observacional realizado dentro de la organización TECNOIDEAS S.A. durante el transcurso de los seis meses, en perspicacia que la empresa tenía desconocimiento y falencias frente a un sistema de estipulación de confianza y vitalidad ocupacional, se efectuó este proyecto con el fin de ejercer y fomentar una cultura preventiva y de gestión basándose en la ISO 45005:2020. |
