Propuesta de sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional frente al COVID -19 en la empresa TECNOIDEAS S.A

Abstract

Based on the current situation that is going through worldwide due to the pandemic due to the COVID-19 virus, based on the above, the company TECNOIDEAS S.A. will be evaluated in order to propose an occupational health and safety management system against COVID-19 with a focus on prevention measures, education and risk control, promoting a culture of occupational risk prevention against COVID-19 and the shortcomings of the company through training that guarantees safe and healthy working conditions. Under the field research and observational study carried out within the organization TECNOIDEAS S.A. during the period of six months, in view of the fact that the company had ignorance and shortcomings regarding an occupational health and safety management system, this project was carried out with the fundamental objective of obtaining a solid basis to exercise and promote a preventive culture in each of the fields that involves the organization, based on ISO 45005:2020
