| Abstract: | The objective of this project was to develop a Plan for the Management of Purchasing and Contracting Services, through the Implementation Guide prepared based on the current diagnosis of the unit of analysis, which served to develop the structured guide so that those processes or tenders have a respective domain of losses. |
| Translated abstract: | El objetivo de este proyecto fue elaborar un Plan para la Gestión de Compras y Contratación de Servicios, a través de la Guía de Implementación elaborada en base al diagnóstico actual de la unidad de análisis, las mima que sirvió para desarrollar la guía estructurada para que aquellos procesos o licitaciones lleven un respectivo dominio de mermas. |
