| Abstract: | In this project, a Study Guide for Mishaps for a Carton Industry was carried out in the city of Guayaquil, in order to improve the procedures at the time of the existence of some type of mishap or incident, that is, to have a formal system that It will be a means with which all the necessary information can be collected from any unwanted situation. Thus, in this way, records of mishaps are created and substandard acts and substandard conditions are identified, which can be minimized or avoided in the industry with an exhaustive study. |
| Translated abstract: | En el presente proyecto se realizó una Guía de Estudio de Percances para una Industria Cartonera en la ciudad de Guayaquil, con el fin de mejorar los procedimientos al momento de la existencia de algún tipo de percance o incidente, es decir, tener un sistema formal que será un medio con el cual se puede recopilar toda la información necesaria de alguna situación no deseada. Es así, como de esta forma se van creando registros de los percances e identificando actos subestándares y condiciones subestándares, que se pueden minimizar o evitar en la industria con un exhaustivo estudio. |
