| Abstract: | In the present investigation, fecal matter was analyzed by means of the McMaster coprology technique with saturated saline solution, 139 samples were taken from female and male horses of different ages that are found in the different equestrian clubs of the city of Cuenca. The research focused on age, sex, body condition, deworming time, HPG level, and sports activity. |
| Translated abstract: | En la presente investigación se analizó materia fecal por medio de la técnica de coprología McMaster con solución salina saturada, se tomaron 139 muestras de equinos hembras y machos de diferentes edades que se encuentran en los diferentes clubes hípicos de la ciudad de Cuenca. La investigación se enfocó en la edad, sexo, condición corporal, tiempo de desparasitación, nivel HPG y la actividad deportiva. |
