La docencia en escuela unidocente en la zona achuar: estudio de caso en el CECIB Katira.

Abstract

This thesis presents that work has been carried out at the KATIRA united school of the San Francisco community. To carry out this research, reference was made to the objectives of research to improve education in this modality of united schools, Field observations were made and parents were interviewed It was possible to perceive the difficulties of teaching in the area of mathematics, literature language, social sciences, and others. Children have difficulty understanding. On the other hand, it was found that most students speak the Achuar language and very little Spanish. I mean, they're developing with a bilingual brain. From the analysis of the results, and the conclusions, the proposal that was prepared, it is suggested that the teacher develop visual materials such as posters, maps, taptanas, etc. This will help to understand abstraction processes for the handling of reading and writing code, mathematical concepts and other sciences. Most in the Achuar area are bilingual education schools with only one teacher. They maintain their own cultural identity teachers both students of the school.
