| Abstract: | The objective of this research was to design a proposal to improve the cocoa marketing process of the “Don Caicedo” Farm located in the El Triunfo canton, since its sales have been affected by the low market price and high competition In the canton. Therefore, the type of descriptive research is applied under the inductive-deductive method. Finally, training is proposed for its collaborators and administrators with an investment to become future exporters. |
| Translated abstract: | La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo diseñar una propuesta de mejora al proceso de comercialización de cacao de la Finca “Don Caicedo” ubicada en el cantón El Triunfo, ya que sus ventas se han visto afectadas por el bajo precio en el mercado y la alta competencia en el Cantón. Por lo tanto, se aplica el tipo de investigación descriptiva bajo el método inductivo-deductivo. Finalmente, se propone capacitaciones para sus colaboradores y administradores con una inversión para convertirse a futuros en exportadores. |
