| Abstract: | In this study, an assessment of the biodegradation capacity of sodium cyanide (NaCN) was carried out through a biodisc system and the application of inocula of the strains Pseudomonas fluorescens ATCC 49838 and Trichoderma harzianum, obtaining a reduction in the concentration of 99,62% for the bacteria, 99,67% for the consortium and 99,71% for the fungus, with respect to the initial sample of 258 mg/l. |
| Translated abstract: | En este estudio se realizó una valoración de la capacidad de biodegradación de cianuro de sodio (NaCN), mediante un sistema de biodiscos y la aplicación de inóculos de las cepas Pseudomonas fluorescens ATCC 49838 y Trichoderma harzianum, obteniendo una reducción en la concentración del 99,62% para la bacteria, 99,67% para el consorcio y 99,71 % para el hongo, respecto a la muestra inicial de 258 mg/l. |
