| Abstract: | ABSTRACT: The purpose of this research report is to make known the current situation of a young person with multiple disabilities, using information collection tools that allow reflecting their educational situation, a functional evaluation was carried out and finally the Person-Centred Plan was carried out to improve the conditions of autonomy. |
| Translated abstract: | El presente informe de investigación tiene como propósito dar a conocer la situación actual de un joven con discapacidad múltiple, se utilizó instrumentos de recolección de información que permiten reflejar su situación educativa, se aplicó una evaluación funcional y por último se realizó el Plan Centrado en la Persona que mejore las condiciones de autonomía. |
