Análisis y diseño de un sistema de administración de biométricos para las Unidades del Distrito 17D04

Abstract

The realization of this project collects the knowledge received through the systems engineering career, this document shows the process of software development of a computer solution oriented to the health district 17D04 of the province of Pichicha, Quito, in which it consists of a web application, which is in charge of managing the entry and handling of data through physical biometrics placed in the different health points of the aforementioned district. By using a bot (Robot) it is obtained automatically and constantly; the requests for data by the IT administrators of the health district and send them to the administration of the web application, to be stored in a database where the information can be consulted by different departments and collaborators of the district who need to know by minors of their daily activity in the work environment, automating the processes carried out by the human resources department considering the control systems to a greater extent. This system presents conditions for the optimization of time and resources, enhancing the administrative tasks of the collaborators in charge of the area; providing better attention on issues related to payroll management procedures.
