Abstract

The present degree project was proposed for the development of a biometric access dialing control platform whose objective was to optimize the management of employee access, which will allow maintaining information for the institution automatically through the system, and via email or in turn, through a text message, it was found that with the existing procedures, the management was not effective because the teams were outlined to work independently.

With this project the staff of the institution is controlled, and will allow registering all the news that are registered at the time of marking, such as; assistance, punctuality and commitment. The end of this project was aimed at solving problems that some institutions are unaware of because they do not have internal control, therefore, the implementation of this tool that contains a web application will facilitate viewing the attendance record using a dynamic IP address, once it has been marked with the fingerprint.
