Diseño y construcción de una fumigadora semiautomática con dos brazos abatibles y un alcance de tres metros de aspersión

Abstract

This project is grounded on the design and construction of a semiautomatic fumigator machine with two folding arms and a range of three meters of spray, intended for the Parish of Tanicuchí belonging to the Agricultural Community Association of Tanicuchí (ACAT). For this purpose, a meeting was held that allowed to know the different needs of the inhabitants of the Parish of Tanicuchí who are engaged in agriculture. Once these needs were known, and through the analysis of the market on fumigation machines, the best alternative for the design and construction of the same was selected. As a result, a fumigator was built that meets the requirements proposed by ACAT members. For the sizing of the machine, it was started from the application that will have the same, so it was used A-36 steel, since, they are light, easy to weld and economical. Also for the design of the sprayer machine, the calculation of the structure which will support the weight of the pump, tanks and sprinklers was carried out. By structural design it was possible to choose the right mechanical tube, the AutoCAD software was also used, obtaining a 3D schematic of the machine. The fluid mechanics calculations were known the required flow for each of the sprinklers.
