Abstract

The present topic of research is based on the experiences of teaching work, the work aims that the readers find the experiences for which the teachers have had to pass from the beginning, thus helping the future teachers to walk and to take their Knowledge in and out of the classroom. The importance of the work is that it gives information about the life of a teacher from his practice and experience, this can be used by those who started to lead us in the world of teaching. The research is carried out within the educational institution, where two teachers have been selected who have more than ten years of practice and one that is initiating their work as a teacher, they gave us stories of their experiences and experience around questions Generating. The narrative documentation, a strategy to investigate pedagogical actions that allow to reconstruct scenarios and to interpret significantly what the teachers have produced during their practice. The research allowed to enrich our knowledge, the experiences narrated within the work have given us guidelines of how gratifying it is to perform as a teacher but it has also taught us that starting the teaching practice is a challenge that must be Taken with responsibility because we will be the ones who form children.
