| Resumen : | Este documento describe el proceso que se siguió para desarrollar una plataforma WEB para la gestión avanzada de interrupciones del servicio móvil, las características de la plataforma se basan en la revisión de las regulaciones vigentes, también se determinan las tecnologías que mejor se adaptan a las necesidades y, finalmente, la información existente. De las interrupciones pasadas se analizaron para determinar una posible asociación entre las variables involucradas en una interrupción. |
