| Abstract: | This document describes the process that was followed to develop a WEB platform for Advanced Mobile Service interruptions management, the platform characteristics are based on the revision of the regulations in force, the technologies that best fit to the needs are also determined and finally the existent information of past interruptions are analysed to determine a possible association between the variables that are present in the event of an interruption. |
| Translated abstract: | Este documento describe el proceso que se siguió para desarrollar una plataforma WEB para la gestión avanzada de interrupciones del servicio móvil, las características de la plataforma se basan en la revisión de las regulaciones vigentes, también se determinan las tecnologías que mejor se adaptan a las necesidades y, finalmente, la información existente. De las interrupciones pasadas se analizaron para determinar una posible asociación entre las variables involucradas en una interrupción. |
