Abstract

In this grade work a feasibility study is carried out with the objective of analyzing the importance of the implementation of an electronic collection system in the urban transport units of the city of Azogues, said Study in order to determine the social and economic benefits generated in the company. The project focuses on an investigation of projects type, using research methodology, experimental, qualitative, quantitative, statistics and deductive for the collection of data that will serve to analyse and determine the feasibility of the project.
