| Abstract: | Given the low levels of voltage in the Portovelo substation, a study was made for the optimum location of voltage regulators in two of their feeders through CYMDIST software and then compare with a heuristic method for their location. It was also done the economic analysis to determinate if the implementation of this is viable or not. |
| Translated abstract: | Debido a los niveles bajos de voltaje que se tienen en la subestación Portovelo, se realizó el estudio para la ubicación óptima de reguladores de voltaje en dos de sus alimentadores a través del software CYMDIST y compararlo con un método heurístico para la ubicación de estos. Además se realizó el análisis económico para determinar si su implementación es viable o no. |
