Abstract

The mobile phones, also called cellular phones, form now, integral part of modern telecommunication. In some places of the world, these phones are the most used or the only one available. In other places, the mobile phones are very used because they permit to the people to get a continuous communication without limit the movement liberty. The use of the mobile phone has increased, of abrupt way in the last years, and with this the uncertainty of knowing if the emitted radiation of this dispositive are harmful and how many are it. Nevertheless according with reports of WHO (World Healthy Organization) it finishes that this radiation are not harmful in level to the people’s health, notwithstanding, the research continues to safe about this conclusions. Generally, mobile phone is the cause of electromagnetic waves, which propagate through the space, this, commonly are divided in ionizing waves (when they transport sufficient energy able to crash joints between molecules ) and no ionizing waves (when energy is not sufficient to crash joints between molecules). For us, it is indispensable to know about the last, because our research is about this topic. Responding to the legitimate interest of population for their healthy, the national authorities of the Latin America Countries have begun to take some initiatives and necessary measures. We have researched and identified that some countries that, in adoption of prevention principles, have decided to develop their own safe norm, in reference to the security standards fixed internationally, with the objective of regulate so much the actual situation as future of mobile phone, the installation of new antennas and the potential enter of new operators in the market.
