Abstract

At present the industrial processes need to control the variables involved in order to ensure both the quality and cost of production of the product that is intended to be produced. Consequently, control systems are developed in which the variables to be controlled follow an instruction given by the operator and depending on the type of product to be processed and the storage of the same one can develop several types of dosing systems. For this reason, a prototype system of dosing of granulates was developed by means of silos and the mixing, weighing and discharge of the product. It also has an automatic system that is managed by means of an HMI screen and profibus dp network for dosing of the product and to verify the state of the process.
