Diseño e implementación de una radio base celular de emergencia para el envío de mensajería utilizando radio definidas por software

Abstract

Currently the communication systems in the cellular telephony have evolved over the years such as text messages, calls, video calls via Skype among others, users can keep communicating with each other as long as it has registered the phone number of the other person. For this reason, an emergency RBS is developed in which it is possible to send text messages from the exchange, which will be the place where the USRP is operated from UBUNTU. This new messaging system to be implemented will be very helpful for service institutions where the signal is weak, since users within the range of the USRP will be able to receive text messages without the need for the administrator to know their telephone numbers and thus alert and prevent them from any risk situation that is occurring or may happen. Also, it can be of great impact for the scientific community that is in charge of studying the new technologies that are appearing over time thanks to the equipment that over the years are becoming more and more evolved and with these to realize all kind of technological advances with respect to the communication through cellular devices based on the prototype of base stations implemented by the different operators that exist in the world according to the country where the user is to implement it, since these new communication systems can be implemented on a larger scale with a higher budget such as the placement of a power amplifier, where a single prototype can cover a large cellular coverage to the point of being able to take it as a new paid communication service such as are the different operators today.
