| Resumen traducido: | La empresa CEFOSEG, consciente de la necesidad de tener un sistema automatizado que permita visualizar la información de los usuarios que estén aplicando al cargo para los procesos de reclutamiento, selección y contratación, ha requerido la implementación de un sistema web orientado a una red social para que los postulantes se registren e interactúen con las novedades que se publiquen en la plataforma. Este sistema web está desarrollado para verificar el perfil y aptitud de cada postulante y de esta manera agilitar el proceso de selección de personal en los puestos que oferte la compañía. En el desarrollo de esta aplicación se empleó Extreme Programming (XP), una metodología de desarrollo rápido y ágil que permite la participación activa de los usuarios y la colaboración del cliente en la toma de decisiones respecto a todos los requerimientos del proyecto. El usuario se registra en la red social y podrá ingresar su hoja de vida, postular al cargo que oferte la empresa, podrá añadir e interactuar con los usuarios registrados a través del chat interno que provee esta plataforma, y podrá visualizar comentarios sobre las publicaciones que se realice el administrador o de los mismos participantes. Los resultados obtenidos en las pruebas del sistema a un grupo de personas permitieron verificar el funcionamiento y usabilidad de la red social, todas las expectativas fueron alcanzadas mediante la encuesta realizada a cada uno de los participantes, con lo cual se concluyó que el sistema es de fácil uso y comprensible para el usuario. |
| Resumen : | CEFOSEG enterprise, conscious of the necessity of having an automated system which allows visualize the users information applying to a position for the recruitment, selection and hiring processes, it has been necessary the implementation of a web system, oriented to a social network for the applicants to register and interact with the novelties that are published on the platform. This web system is developed in order to verify each postulant's profile and aptitude, and consequently expedite the staff selection in the positions that the company offers. For the app's development it was employed Extreme Programming (XP), an agile and quick methodology that allows the users' active participation, as well as, the client's colaboration in the decision making regarding all the requirements of the project. The users sign up in the social network and they would be able to; upload their CV, apply to the position that the enterprise offers, connect and interact with the registered users through the internal chat that this platform provides. Additionally, they would be able to visualize comments on publications posted by the administrator or by the participants themselves. The obtained results in the system's tests to a group of people, allowed the verification of the social network's performance and usability. All the expectations were achieved, according to a survey completed by each participant, by which it was concluded that the system is of easy-use and comprehensible to the user. |
